Good Try, Good for a first one, a white or clear no paint line above the eye shows the eyelid. Don't think pencil drawing, think colour use the paint to bring out the shapes. Because the eyes were well drawn they show depth, but under the eye should go light to dark like shading. The eyebrows are good. the flesh tone is a little wrong. Buy a Gouache flesh tone. Overall Good, try painting something without drawing it.
