Hey James, this is very well done. I like it. Thanks for your vote of confidence on my stuff and looking again at your gallery, I was again struck by the beauty of your painting of the girl in the blue dress. Dakota Blue Something (Fanning?) whatever...it's great and I wanted to say to you...look at Chaim Soutine if you haven't already. That piece in particular and some of your stylistic tendencies remind me of his work and he's one of the best painters ever.

Thank you very much , I have just looked up Chaim Soutine and found his work very interesting, I think that some of his work is slightly more expressionist than I have tried to be however I am very pleased to have my work likened to his thanks again . Oh and the girl in the painting is Dakota Blue Richards, she is a British actress who was in the film 'The Golden Compass'

This is very beautiful! i find watercolors to be difficult, but you do them amazingly! i also love the pose and the composition!

Thank you very much Kerri , I did find watercolours quite arkward to use at first but i've become more use to them now, I think the problem I had first was that I was mixing them to thick, so it was just a case of becoming more confident with using a watery thin mix. Thanks again
