I use prisma colored pencil but I burnish with a hard stump and lighter fluid to make it shine. It liquifys the pencil so that it acts like water color pencil.When you use this method you will have to have a stump for each hue. I use both small and large stumps. Not the soft rolled ones the hard paper stumps. Put the lighter fluid in a small can. Don't buy the lighter fluid in tin use it out of the plastic bottle. It will rust if it is in a tin can. You can buy other solvents but the lighter fluid is very hot and will desolve the wax in the pencils better.
