Thank you, I was unwell last weekend until tuesday. I only put a few on, I had a backlog of half painted ones, so yesterday and today I completed them, I have another 6 half done and 6 laid out that I'm about to start, I like painting in stages, it means the brushes come out only once a day and it stops me fiddling. The hardest is finding subjects.
Glad you're feeling better...I have a great 245 page book called "Stars on the Set STOLEN MOMENTS" - Marc Brincourt, Guillame Clavieres - I saw my portraits of James Mason, Brando and Liz Taylor there - candids - between scenes - well-suited to a "brainfree" look...it was a $10 bargain book here...if you can't find it, I'll send you this one.
Thank you to be honest I use the internet and my film collection of over a thousand Films for stills. Thanks for the offer it's very kind of you. A lot of the Ones I have great comments about! come from my head and say half of this and half of that. I think what I should have said is choosing from the millions of subjects the one that grabs you. thanks again,
Only on the close ups or unusual ones. I have so many films because I'm a huge collector of anything Flowers, comics, paint brushes and of course watercolour paintings. My wife thinks I'm a Nut Job. Eccentric. I also do Youth work (scouting). so I've a lot of knot books and scouting things.
