I think you already draw very well anyway, this is very good, I like the way you mixed the photos!
P.S. - I'm not a pro artist but if you want to improve your skills, I advise you to practice a lot, watch lots of portraits and try to figure out what you have to do like that people do, read tutorials, etc etc... the important is to never give up!
I'd say you're good at drawing people. I agree on everything ester duraes sayd to you. I'd add to that: Maybe try add more contrast. More darker areas. Some places can be totaly black if it's needed.( Go on my gallery and watch my Cillian's portrait.) But of course as already sayd: practise is a key to amazing drawings. Keep it up!
Excellent, forget the basic skills draw everything you can for say about 5 portraits then posted them onto the site. This will give anyone more idea of you abilities. from what I see if you can construct a poster like this your perspective is very good. Perhaps you have more of a problem with the tone and likeness in faces. I started drawing posters and became frustrated with them this was because colour makes them. Drawing is a useful tool but painting in colour should be the aim . So a few more then advise and help. From what I've seen You are talented and can draw. Have confidence in yourself were not rocket scientists.
Also Ester has given good advise but get busy with the pencil one drawing is not enough. for the poster,
