Hey Tom. Man! I'll bet you miss this one now that the money is spent. I miss almost all the ones I've ever sold. But this one ... is really masterful.!!! I'm still happy to have given away all the ones I've given away.
There is a story there, John. If you look closely, you'll see this head is cut out. So.... the complete painting did not sell, and I decided to "rip it up".. At the last moment, I cut round the head & kept it! Eventually ( I had kept it for years) I gave it to BeautifulDreamer, as he was always threatening to buy one of mine!!!!! Soooooo, anything you would like, that's small enough to post , just let me know

Easy big fella! Whoa. Next time your son visits, we'll drop 'em on a disc. Then when there's an 'art fair' here, I'll see if people will buy little giclee prints for...say...25 bucks each...signed ones - 50 - You could go Christmas shopping - in the spring.
Hope to be talking to Chris to-day. But , even if I can get stuff on disc, I have to admit a lot of my stuff is photos of photos of work long gone, so the quality will only be as good as the old photos (if you see what I mean) Still, name me a few and I can go from there
Now that I look .... there are so many! Artist's (your) choice really ... what looks good, would print well, & goes together in a familial way - i.e. Lugosi, Cheney, Brett & Cushing - Steiger, Sellers, Bacall look nice all signed, McEwan, Davis, Garland maybe, a brace of Nicholsons, perhaps Keaton, Chaplin, L&H together - you have so many - all so good ... huge work to get ready - I hate shows don't you! All that browsing! The really successful ones are all right there on premises!! Schmoozing, selling, pandering, haggling, bargaining, making me sick!! Let's say just one or two sets of 3 or 4 each - the ones that would print really well - and be compelling when purchased as a group. In my meager experience, I spent too long in prep, & too much money 4 frames & counting up the 'take' --- dividing down to the hourly rate --- aaaaaaaaarrrrrggghh! I want an agent, & an assistant & an accountant!!
ART is not a big, rolling money maker unless you suck like a 20 grand Leroy Neiman!
