Excellent drawing, with a little colour opens it up as a drawing into a piece of art. Would you mind if I give a little advise about colour and style. For you a little watercolour pencil instead of coloured pencil would have worked better Why because you could have move the colour on and made the eyes look watery and the skin more blended. Also study the light falling across the drawing the left ear would be dark the right ear as the nearest to the light almost clear no skin tone. I have no idea who Jacques Brel is but I've had a look at photo's and your likeness is excellent. Overal it is an excellent drawing, well constructed. I hope you don't mind the advise.
