Thank you, I'm waiting for the three stages to be passed. Then it will show how. It was a lot simpler than I thought. On a new project now a large painting of Wll Young for my wife and to go on my living room wall. I'll photo it and post to show you some of my other larger work from the last 15 years.

Thank you, esterday about 7pm another artist riminded me that I was going to paint Lenny so last night 1 hour then I awoke early and painted it to a conclusion, also afer I finished the Potter gang. I'm going out tonight so after I answer these comment 30 I will be out.

Normally, I have not got the time to write lessons, but because I'm helping two other artists with watercolour, I have done these. Their not meant to be great paintings. I probably would take another hour to do his glasses, to a breath taking standard and the preparation of the first stage was a little rushed, I left out about another half an hour because I wanted to get it finished. For example on the original photo there was no reflected eyes through the lens I will paint it again showing his eyes a little, with a impressionist view, in other words a glimpse of the eyes? then I would repaint the lens to show reflection of say an Guitar, person or building on the outer selection. You see always planning the next that is a curse and a bonus.

Allright then....I shall wait patiently...no rush!!!.....I'm sure that it will come okay

OK, in one practice. On the way to the third stage you will develop greater skill at saving yourself the extra work. For now! don't worry if it seems to be slow or difficult it will become easier. Try developing a style of your own. Try to remember my years of practice and hard work that got me where I am now ! this was off many questions from myself! like yours but I had no advisor. I'm working on a larger portrait now and it's at an early stage it does not stop me from thinking why is it going wrong, My wife has just told me it's not and I'm being to critical. So even I have doubt's in my ability it's a natural thing.
