Good you have the basic idea of shading but need to look at how light and dark dome across a face. No need for the subjects name. Where possible draw to your strenghts such as bigger face smaller body. Basic likeness good but no depth the gasses would have been better white or the paper white. The head is great think highlight's one on the nose one on the lips and a big one on the forehead. Drawing has basic rules and can be great fun don't dispare you have talent.
