Realy?What is your fave Dylan album and fave Bowie album then,now I am talking your kinda music,haha!I like Ziggy and the Spiders for rock and Low for when I feel...well Low.With Bob it is Blonde on Blonde and My Back Pages as my fave song,but with Bobby you have to divide by decade I guess.

wow I couldn't possibly pick only one favourite bowie-album.. xD but top five must be ziggy, hunky dory, young americans, station to station & Let's dance.. and low and heroes hehe..I love them all and I love blonde on blonde too, and nashville skyline, desire, blood on the tracks, freewheelin, bob dylan & another side of bob dylan.. hehe

After I asked I realized all who you ask,it is impossible for one...Dylan and Bowie each have so many different phases,but yes Hunky Dory is a favorite of mine too,I really loved Modern times too.New Morning is a really good Dylan album that is often overlooked.
