Hi Christine a happy belated Easter to you!This is a great study of the anatomy!

Exactly you are right on the money I did this super big 29x23 it was soooooo hard to scan had to take eleven scans of it in sections and then putting it together I had to practically draw it once again with the computer. Of courst it didn't turn out here half as nice as the original. It is a big one!!!!!!!!

Wow now that is a big one!I have'nt tackled anyhting this big with pencil yet but it turned out really great!

Again I was wrong it was 39x32 that is why it was so hard to scan!!!

WOW! I am looking at a poster I have 24x36 so I can imagine Christine hehe!

My husband joked about it being life size. He got a kick out of my monster drawing!!!

He laughed longer and harder at my trying to scan and repair it for the site. Wow this proves with persistance you can do anything. We could put a Billboard into the computer with a little fore thought!!!!!!!!!

Actually about two days. I don't work at it for too long about an hour and a half at a time due to my hands. My fingers go numb and tingle so I can only stand to work that long at a stretch. I did take some classes in life drawing at Cooper Art school so it is easy to do nudes for me. Love to sculpt too but it will have to wait until I can get the surgery to help with the nerve in my right hand.

I will send you a picture of me with my goofy sculptures. You can see that I was okay but to take a two dimensional drawing to a three demensional work of clay is very difficult at least from a stand point of trying to get a likeness to the subject. I think I may be able to find the drawings of the person who posed for the head. You can see that I am an old biddy too!!!!

Yes I do sculptures too but the hands are giving me trouble right now and that will have to wait until later after I get the surgery on hand for carpel tunnel syndrone.

Yup big one Jeanette 32x39 had a bugger of a time scanning it in eleven pieces then try to get it to go together with photo merge Ha!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much it was big 32x29 I guess we can scan big pieces if we have patience. I had to practically draw it again though to join it together. Good practice though with the computer.

So glad you approve of my sculptural piece hoping to get back into sculpture again when my hands are taken care of have carpel tunnel very bad from repetitive motion in the work place.

I like the classic renaissance painters and sculptures. I was hoping to add some sophistication to the site. I love doing children and art directed towards making childrens books but this is another venue to persue!!
