Thank you, the shine well a bit of a cheat, turned up the contast on the scanner. Use gold and silver paint for metal look.

Thank you, gold, silver and bronze, Acrylic paint, The Chinese love the colours gold, red and black together. I think they work well together as well.

Your welcome. Red and black are my favorite colors. Even though,technically, black is not a color.It's a shade.

Thank you, Yes, home safe. Full of the wonders of your wonderful country. Unfortunatly he came home to a bit of a problem with my father, been ill, he's 87 and has cancer. Ok for a little while now, mind thats life up on the top (botom) of the the world one day back to earth the next. Brian

Good to here they're home safe an had a great time while they were out here. Sorry though to here about your father. It's certainly true what you said about life but, from my own experiences I've figure out now that when I'm down, smile because the only ways up, and when I'm up, I try not be surprised by a descent, because it usually happens when you go up anything. You've got to come down eventually. But not to worry about because there's always up again! Anyway that's my little philosophy. It helps me get through the rough patches. Hope all stays steady for you, I shall say a pray for your Dad.

In some way not watercolour-like.. In some way it looks so easy. The scetch is easy but you have some good details that makes it... Very good! Sigrid
