Yes you do have a look to your work! And it's very good! These all look really great! I know about them looking wierd when they're not quiet finished! When I have parts drawn it's almost like there just slowly breaking through the paper till eventually they just appear. Doing one of Robert Duvall at the moment. Will let you know when it's up if you want!

I love all styles of art from illistration to fine art, from speed drawing or painting to taking weeks, months to do a painting. All are technique, skill and practice.

It's brilliant as usual,he has a far of look in the eyes and the whole piece has a dreamy feel to it.Sort of of like floating clouds in his glasses,cool. ...and thank you Brian for all three,you captured his likeness perfctly and it was indeed a study in Lennon.Thanks teacher!

Thank you, I like your gallery too, I always have a look, when a comment comes in, drawing only since 2003, excellent, keep practicing I practice at painting and drawing even now after 50 years. Learning for me is a passion, I try to learn something new every day. As far a my gallery well I have a lot of work good and bad. I also draw and have about 500 drawings and pastel work. As I don't sell any, I have a huge amount of paper. Have a look at my early work, it is good to see my start and perhaps how I have evolved. I'm always here and will help with any little problems also I promote watercolour painting as it is the best to learn on. I have one rule and that is where possible I paint only original work I have nothing against people copying my work but I my self like to be first say with a new pose or and different way of looking at someone. As I like a Challenge I paint requests and love to paint perhaps something a bit different. Mainly I like Fun and always paint to enjoy myself, painting and drawing is fun and very relaxing. Outline eyes first in watercolour pencil blue then, lightly apply layers build up paint.

Thank you, I've gone into Lennon mode, I've knocked out another two, mind I saved the most difficult till last, their not that impressive just difficult to paint.
