yeah, having two kids a hsband, a dog an a very annoying parrot, I'm not sure where I find it. I don't see myself as being a patient person, but..I guess I must be, a little atleast. HERO! Wow! that's an extremely generous compliment! Cheers, i'm absolutely flattered!

I have a two-year old son who keeps me busy most of the time so I basically get to draw after he´s gone to sleep... then I just want to finish them portraits as quickly as possible!

I know what boys can be like, I have an 8 year old boy an a 6.5 yr old girl. I started drawing just before he was born an it was a major struggle to even get one piece of work out in a month.

I bet you can! 2 yr olds can be very trying at times! Just remember to put your work up high, I lost about 20hrs of drawing once when he decided he wanted to have a go at my new Freddie Mercury piece! UGH! I had to throw it out!

Ouch! Yeah, I had a similar situation with my son but luckily I was able to ´rescue´ my drawing..

Luck you! My was too far gone to save! I couldn't rub it out, an it was right through a highlight as hard as he could possibly press with a 2B. Glad you could save yours though! PHEW!

Her earing got pulled out the other day and the hole was about to close, but she wouldn't let me slide another through it just to keep it open. she thought it was going to be like piercing again! What a fight she can put up!

It was a bit of a bold idea to put myself with them, but I just couldn't help myself! Once I had the idea, I just had to do it! I told my son they come at night an pose for me! He got very cranky an asked why I didn't wake him! But then after a minute I laughed and he said "Your lying Mum!". it was very funny. He was about 6 and half at the time! Thanks I try and be a great one, sometimes I feel I fall short, but most of the time I think I get the mum job right! It was a funny joke, I wish I had of had my camera with me, he face was like "how could you not WAKE ME!". It was a crack up! Trouble period was the estrangment from my family - MUm, dad, twin sister an her family, brother and his family. A few aunts and uncles and some close friends. It's been 3yrs since I spoke to any of them. Three great years! An your right drawing this helped me alot. I really did step out of it! Thanks for you great words Vivi. This one means alot to me.
