Excellent I see nothing wrong with it so why you find fault I don't know. You would advise double painting on the black areas first with a acrylic black to seal the paper then watercolour black over it. Also sort out with a first lighter cover the shadow then paint it across the paper. Saying all that it is the best first attempt I've see. Keep painting. Don't fall into the miss conception that just watercolour or just acrylic they were invented for their properties not to be a different medium. Mix and use them for their qualities.
