woah .. extraordinary portrait, what grace, what beauty, what talent, facial expression is fantastic, with the little flower in her hair very original, excellent work, congratulations, billions of tender kisses dear friend
Well then...you're amazing!!!!
How did you draw the hair?!!! It looks darker than a "normal" coloured pencil, 'dunno. Maybe mine is bad quality. Then again, I might not be so good an artist as you are.
I'm sure You are, the kind of things You use to draw helps too, for example, I think I couldn't have achieved that effect in the hair by just using the prismacolor black pencil, so I used a derwent pencil, which is more creamy. I tried using the white color to put some light on it, but it didn't work, so I used the silver color. I think sometimes creativity is very useful.
Yeah! hahaha maybe that's it!! I lack creativity!!!! mmm interesting...just kidding!! hahahha Thanks for your piece of advise. Honest!! Thank you!!!!
By the way, your drawings are undoubtly far better than mine all the same, no matter what pencils I use.
I might be kind, but not a hypocrite! When I say you're a great artist I really mean it!!!
Ah! y por cierto, ahora que he visto que eres de México creo que no es necesario recurrir al inglés para entendernos, no? jajajaja
De verdad, me encantan estos dibujos!!!!
Thank you for complimant. But no, I used to use ordinary paper from stationery. But recently I started to use Daler & Downey Heavy Weight paper. It is quite smooth as well but it has a bit touch of yellow.
I think the secret is in mixing the colors, using a very sharpened point (I use the sharpener a lot, that's why I always run out of some colors very quickly) and looking after the details. I also kind of "study" the facial features of the person I'm drawing.
