Give it a try use photoshop and the tools it is sooooooo much fun to use your pencil sketch and then imbellish with the computer. Just head your picture mixed media it will be a blast I assure you dear!!!!

Hi JR thanks for all the nice e-mails. this only took one hour. I started by using graphite powder in the background the photo had a lot of tones of gray and the only real white was the eye whites and the sparkle in the eyes. I am trying to speed up my production and also to pay better attention to values. Always a fight with me. Some of it was done with the computer using photoshop but the original which is in pencil,charcoal, some watercolor paint. Etc. anyway I used everything except maybe the kitchen sink!!!

Well it was worth the effort! It looks great!!!
